Proarsa allows the transmission of alarm events to electronic monitoring systems in a simple and efficient manner.

To quickly solve your issue, Proarsa can inform your security service company of the emergency situation you are facing. To activate the service with Proarsa, follow these steps:

1. Contact Proarsa at +506 2265-7325 or send a text message to the 24/7 monitoring center at +506 6170-9683.
2. Fill out the information sheet that will be sent to you via email.
3. Submit the completed information and wait for the confirmation call.

The application features three buttons for alarm transmission with telephone assistance:

• SOS/PANIC
• FIRE
• ASSISTANCE

Additionally, the application provides two self-monitoring buttons:

• On My Way
• I Am Here

You can also associate numbers from your contact list to be notified simultaneously with your security service company. You can specify how these predefined contacts will be notified (phone call, push notification, or SMS) according to your preference.

Proarsa is beneficial in various situations including when your safety is at risk (e.g., theft, intruders at home, kidnapping), when you are unable to seek help, when you have had an accident and no one is nearby to assist, during emergencies requiring immediate help, or when passing through a dangerous area on your way home.

With Proarsa, you can send an emergency message containing your GPS position (if available) for easy location.

The "Delayed SOS" button in Proarsa allows for preemptive alerting with the option to cancel within a set timeframe. A sound alert will warn you one minute before the actual alarm is sent. For added security, the application can be hidden after sending an SOS alarm to prevent false alarms, and you can lock the application with a username and password.

Proarsa looks after your family and business by offering advanced tracking features to monitor the whereabouts of your loved ones and employees at all times.

You can check if any device in your vicinity has recently triggered an alert.

Create geo-fences around your home, business, your children's school, or unsafe areas. The app can generate alerts if a family member or employee enters or exits these predefined zones.

Share Proarsa with friends and family. The recommendation function allows the monitoring station to immediately contact new interested users.

• Only use this application in actual emergency situations (it includes a test button for functionality testing).
• Depending on your location, satellite information may take time to obtain or may not be available. Nevertheless, the sent alarm will reach its destination.
